One of the most beautiful places on Rhodes is Lindos. It lies on the east coast of the island and is about 50 km from the capital. Lindos is a picturesque settlement with beautiful traditional houses, pebbled courtyards, breathtaking views and attractive beaches. On top of the hill rises the Acropolis of Lindos, one of the most spectacular monuments in Rhodes.
