Cancellation:
If cancelled or changed up to 21 days before the date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: 30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

• The prices are all quoted in Euros, per night, for the whole villa (two bedrooms) for a maximum of eight people.
• All taxes are included in the price.
• In order to secure a reservation, we ask for a deposit via credit card.
• All children are welcome.
• There is no meal option with this room.
• Pets are allowed on request.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
